If you have been following us for a while you may have come across our first ever eBook on self pleasure. We invited a few of our favourite experts to offer some tips for some ‘me-time’ and offered it in our first ever eBook. From our #TalkSexchangeLives findings we found that when it comes to self pleasure there is a lot of shame for many women. So we decided to re-launch the book in a shiny new package for all to read and it’s completely FREE. Introducing It Takes One: the mind and body guide to self love.

Female genitalia is not the easiest to navigate. Some of your pleasure points are on the outside of your body, while others are hidden away inside. Before you start randomly groping and stroking your bits with no clue, grab a mirror and take a good look at the beautiful wonder that is your vagina. Think of your clitoris as a clock face: 12noon at the top and 6pm at the bottom. Work your way around the clit-clock, touching each “time”.
